It has come to our attention that the Shanghai Doma Light Texitile Co., Ltd name and our managing directors name is being used in conjunction with an email scam.

This scam involves an offer of work within the USA and other region. The job is allegedly to receive payments from clients and to transfer the money by moneygram to Shanghai Doma. 

This job offer is completely bogus and is being used to perpetrate a fraud. People who have responded to this job offer are sent counterfeit cheques to process. Having banked the cheques and transferred the money out of their accounts as instructed they are then left in the situation where they are being held responsible by their banks for cashing counterfeit cheques and are also then left out of pocket when their banks reclaim the money.

The email, and the job offer have not come from Shanghai Doma and is completely bogus. The work you will be asked to do is illegal.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BECOME INVOLVED WITH THIS SCAM IT WILL COST YOU MONEY.

The only legitimate email addresses used by the company and their staff are email addresses ending with @doma-china.com. If you receive mail or are asked to respond to any other email address then you are not dealing with Shanghai Doma.
